How to Begin
1
Introductory Phone Call
The Introductory Phone Call with Dr. Siddiqi will help determine if our practice is the right fit for your care.

This does not establish a treatment relationship.
2
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation
During this 60 minute session we will explore your reasons for seeking treatment, review your psychiatric, social, and medical history, and I may recommend further diagnostic tests as we begin to establish goals for our work together.
Patient Services
We provide General Adult psychiatric services for Medication Management, Psychotherapy services, Maintenance Opioid treatment with Buprenorphine / Naloxone, and other psychiatric treatments.

This practice does not offer child / adolescent, couples, family or group therapy at this time.
Psychotherapy
We provide psychotherapy services to allow a safe space to express yourself at a pace that is driven by the comfort level and stress tolerance you feel you can manage. At times, the clinician will offer a perspective and a gentle push to assist you in targeting both immediate stressors as well as underlying elements that can influence the quality of your experiences. We will explore your stressors, triggers, and deeply imprinted themes.
Medication Management
For those that would like explore medication options as part of their care, physical and emotional symptoms are monitored in regular follow up visits and if required, medication adjustments will be made. This is also a good time to talk about side-effects and how to manage them, particularly in instances when holding on through the discomfort of the adjustment period will ultimately reveal its benefits.
Opioid Maintenance Treatment
This practice provides medication management and treatment for the maintenance phase of care with buprenorphine / naloxone (opiate use disorder) and mild alcohol use disorder or alcohol use in remission. In some cases, we can also provide outpatient suboxone induction which may require 2-3 days of consecutive office visits to optimize your suboxone to the correct therapeutic dose. The patient is expected to be independently enrolled in peer/self-help and regular professional counseling with a chemical dependency counselor as indicated.
Ketamine Assisted Treatment – oral lozenges
Numerous studies show that subanesthetic ketamine may be helpful in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Ketamine can be given as an intravenous (IV) drip, intramuscular (IM) injection or as a modified dose oral lozenge. Our practice currently offers oral ketamine that is specifically designed to be used while in session with your therapist. While the goal is improvement of symptoms, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Ketamine treatment is not a replacement for standard treatment with other medications, nor is it a standalone treatment - ketamine treatment works best when part of an integrated psychotherapy treatment program.
